Guam Fishing Expeditions – Terms & Conditions

By booking a charter with Guam Fishing Expeditions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required at checkout to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to departure.

  • Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure → Deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before departure → Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows → Full charter fee may be charged.

  • If the captain cancels due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3. Weather & Safety

  • Trips are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or ocean conditions.

  • The captain’s decision regarding safety and seaworthiness is final.

  • Guam Fishing Expeditions is not responsible for trip cancellations or delays caused by weather, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in fishing and boating activities involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Guam Fishing Expeditions, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the designated departure location. Late arrivals may result in reduced trip time or cancellation without refund.

  • Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Excessive drinking, unsafe behavior, or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in trip cancellation without refund.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Catch & Fishing Regulations

  • All fishing activities are conducted in accordance with Guam fishing laws and regulations.

  • Catch Policy: Fish caught will be split 50/50 between the charter guests and the boat.

  • Seasonal Limit: During peak seasons (Mahi, Wahoo, Marlin), charter guests may take home no more than 50 lbs of fish.

  • Processing Service: Complimentary fillet and bag service is provided.

  • Gratuity: A customary 15% tip for the crew is appreciated.

  • The captain will advise on which catches may be kept or released.

7. Photography & Media

  • Guam Fishing Expeditions may take photos or videos during your trip for promotional use. Please notify us in advance if you prefer not to be included.

8. Agreement

  • By completing the deposit checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
